2019 Sesquicentennial Celebration preparation begins!

Next year, Corunna turns 150!  In celebration, events are being planned that will occur throughout the summer of 2019 such as;   Historical displays, Romance with Heirloom Silver (history of silverware and chocolate tasting) February 12th, Little Mr. and Miss. Sesquicentennial King and Queen contests March 13th,  & April 10th,  Tribute Band Concert July 3rd,  Ice Cream social and Library Day Storybook parade May 11th,   Vintage fashion show including your bridal gowns June 12,  4th of July Sesquicentennial celebration with a fireworks extravaganza, Beard and Mustache competition, and expanded antique car show, Dynamic West Starlab Planetarium show July 23rd. We are gathering any historical pictures or paper you may have of Corunna including the 1969 Centennial celebration for historical displays.  You may drop them off at Corunna City Hall during office hours.
