MEMBERSHIP: 2 Corunna Reps, 2 Durand Reps, 2 Owosso Reps, 2 RESD Reps, 2 Perry Reps, 1 at Large to make an odd number

RESTRICTIONS: 1 from each public agency under contract, Reps may be at large appointments (1 at large to make odd if needed)

TERM OF OFFICE: 3 Years (Aug-Sep)

APPOINTMENT: Corunna Representatives - By Mayor, subject to confirmation by Council

AUTHORITY: SATA Agreement

REGULAR MEETING DATE: 2nd Tuesday at 7:00pm - Alternating Locations/SATA Terminal

**All meetings are subject to Open Meetings Act requirements. Meeting must be posted in advance on the city calendar and notices must be sent at least two days prior.**

MINUTES: Proposed minutes are to be submitted to members within 10 days of the meeting. Approved minutes are due to City Hall with 2 days of approval.
