Corunna's Wright Industrial Park

The following is a preliminary site plan for Corunna's future Wright Industrial Park on Parmenter Road. The City of Corunna purchased the ~66-acre site in November of 2003 for $250,000.  Nearly $100,000 has been invested to date on design engineering for site and infrastructure planning. The build-out of the parcel is anticipated to cost ~$1,100,000 in addition to ~$500,000 in public infrastructure improvements.

Once completed, the site will accommodate 5-18 new businesses.  The park is being designed to accommodate small (<2 acres) or large (>12 acres) developments.  The park is also designed to minimize the number of drives to Parmenter Road to just two (2).
