2005 Sewer Rehab Description

Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Construction
will begin in July of 2005.

The project bid scope is a follows:

• Clean & Inspect ~22,240 LF of 6-18 inch Sanitary Sewer Main.
• Install Cured-In-Place Pipe in ~22,240 LF of 6-18 inch Sanitary Sewer Main.
• Removal & Replacement of ~4 Sanitary Sewer Manholes.
• Rehabilitation (Lining/Grouting) of ~37 Sanitary Sewer Manholes
• Rehabilitation (Adjustments) of~22 Sanitary Sewer Manholes.
• Clean & Inspect ~330 Sanitary Sewer Service Laterals.

Total Project Budget: $1,250,000

• Design & Construction Engineering Contract Estimate: $117,500.00
• Sewer Lining, Manhole Rehabilitation & Lateral Inspection Bid: $827,196.80
• Total Contract Bid Estimate: $944,696.80

Remaining Project Funds: ~$305,000

• Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation needs as identified in the Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey (SSES) are under review for addition to the project.

These additions will likely include more work in the following areas:

• Install Cured-In-Place Pipe in ~7,910  LF of 6-18 inch Sanitary Sewer Main.
• Clean & Inspect ~133 Sanitary Sewer Service Laterals.
• New Installation of ~3 Sanitary Sewer Manholes
